Thirty minutes tomorrow. Thirty days to a measurable difference.
Heroic OS turns 2,500 years of philosophy and modern science into a daily practice. A clinical trial measured the change in 30 days.
You already know what to do.
- Sleep more.
- Move every day.
- Eat something that grew.
- Put the phone down at dinner.
- Call the people you love.
- Be more patient than you were yesterday.
None of that is news. You've known it for years.
This is the part that gets you doing it.
Starting a practice and keeping one are two entirely different problems.
Starting was never your problem. You've done it every January.
Keeping one is. Heroic OS is built for that. It asks what you did.
What thirty minutes looks like.
Six small moments inside a day that already has too much in it.
Before the house wakes up.
Take in today's +1: watch it, read it, or listen. Then set three commitments you can finish today.
The first decision that counts.
Step 6 of 11 on your quest. The streak counts the days you did it.
The day's Note.
One Philosopher's Note: six pages to read or a twenty-minute listen. One idea worth trying before dinner.
The wobble.
Ask Bri.ai how the morning's idea applies to what's on your calendar.
Win or learn.
You missed one. The lesson gets celebrated harder than the win.
Something has changed.
You kept showing up. That's the thirty days the trial measured.
Every Note, class, path and program works on one of eight facets.
Eight parts of a life. Tap any of them.
Drag any point to rate yourself · 1–10
Rate yourself on all eight. The lowest one is where next month goes.
Pick one thing. Run it to the end.
Pick the thing you want to work on. The app hands you an ordered run of readings, practices and daily check-ins for it, with a finish line. Nobody gets handed 750 books and a good luck.
The same person, three times.
I'm not good at most of this, and I have a lot of areas to improve.
I'm learning about most of this, and I'm fixing the big things.
I'm doing well at most of this, and I need new areas to improve.
Nobody skips from the first to the third. You need something that measures you on day one, so you can tell the difference three years from now.
“These are some of the largest effects on energy and flourishing I've measured outside of major life events.”
Twenty years of reading, compressed.
Brian writes every one himself, one book at a time.
One idea from the right book, today, chosen by someone who read all 750.
Built to be closed.
Heroic OS is built to get you out the door and into your day.
- Thirty minutes a day. That's the whole ask
- Small groups, no feed
- Streaks count what you did
- It will tell you when you're done for the day
Which leaves one problem. Some of the day doesn't happen in the thirty minutes.
For the rest of the day.
Bri.ai is the AI coach in Heroic OS+, trained on Brian's 750+ Notes, the classes, the programs and his books.
Ask it how an idea applies to what you're dealing with and it answers from that body of work. When you need a person, it says so.
Bri.ai is part of Heroic OS+.

01 How much time does it take?
About four minutes in the morning, twenty for the day's Philosopher's Note, three at night. Call it thirty. If you want more, there are 750+ Notes and 50+ classes waiting.
02 Is there a free trial?
Yes. Seven days, free, on both Heroic OS and OS+. You enter a card when you start, nothing is charged until day eight, and you can cancel from your account settings any time before then. Cancel inside the seven days and you pay nothing.
03 What happens if I miss a day?
Nothing punitive. You write down what you learned and start again tomorrow. The streak shows you the pattern.
04 How is this different from a book-summary app?
Those give you something to read. Heroic gives you something to do, then keeps track of whether you did it.
05 What's the difference between OS and OS+?
OS is the practice and the library, from $18 a month. OS+ adds the live coaching calls, Bri.ai, and Basic Training, from $59 a month.
06 Is Bri.ai just a chatbot?
No. It's trained on the Heroic body of work: the Notes, the classes, the programs and Brian's books. What comes back is that material applied to your question.
07 Can I use it without the social part?
Yes. The daily practice runs fine solo. Small groups are there when you want them. There's no feed.
08 I bought something from Heroic years ago. Where is it?
Still yours. Nothing you've bought expires or gets stripped, and legacy plans keep running as they are. If you can't find something, support will get you to it in a day.
Tomorrow morning, or someday.
Thirty minutes a day. The first seven days are free.
