02 Is Mastery the Accelerator again?
No. Mastery is self-paced and covers the whole system in about 50 hours. The Accelerator is eight live 90-minute workshops on the one thing you chose to work on.
03 Does my organization need these?
Usually not at first. Heroic Leadership includes the monthly coach-led sessions, Heroic OS+ for your leaders, and Heroic OS for everyone. Certification comes later, when you want a person inside who can run it. See For Organizations.

Both are live cohort challenges, one on discipline and stillness, one a women's cohort run with a partner. Both are under Programs in the menu.
