The Model is the map. The Process is how you walk it.

Model vs. Process, and other fair questions.
Wondering whether any of this is actually measurable?
Read the science01 What's the difference between the Model and the Process?
The Model is what a flourishing life is made of. The Process is how you move through it — four steps and a constant. One is the territory, one is the walk.
02 Do I have to work all eight categories at once?
No, and please don't. You start with the one where movement will change the most, and run that path first. Breadth comes later.
03 Does this work the same way for an organization?
Structurally, yes. The individual runs the same daily loop. What changes is the Connect layer — an Internal Champion, a cohort of peers, and aggregate reporting for the people funding it.
04 Is this religious or spiritual?
No. It's drawn from 2,500 years of philosophy and modern behavioral science, and it's been validated in a randomized controlled trial. People of every faith and none run it.
