In our last few +1s, we talked about success.
We had fun taking a quick look at some ancient wisdom and modern science on the subject then we threw in some spirituality to make sure we rounded out the discussion.
In my meditation this morning, I was curious…
What other Notes do we have featuring ideas on how to make our lives a “success.”
So…
After opening up my eyes, I opened up the Heroic app and clicked on the little search icon in the upper-right-hand corner.
Then I entered…
Success.

My head just exploded imagining all the wisdom in all those Notes. I’m excited to personally re-read all those Notes and share some of my favorite Ideas in future +1s. 😲 🤯
For now…
I’ve gotta say that I’m very happy to see that True Success by Tom Morris is the very first search result.
Why?
Because Tom (with his PhDs from Yale in Philosophy and Religion!) nails it.
He tells us: “The kind of success I am most interested in is the sort available to every human being living, breathing, thinking, and doing things on this earth. It does not require wealth, fame, power or high social status. It needs not involve aspiring to any of these things. But it does require making the most of what we are, for the benefit of others as well as ourselves. It means making a difference and experiencing the deep satisfaction that brings. It means using your talents and following your heart. It involves being true to yourself and being good to others.”
