Not too long ago, I interviewed Dr. David Perlmutter. We chatted about brain health.
As you may know (and as we discuss in all the Notes in which we feature his wisdom), Dr. Perlmutter is one of the few medical doctors in the world who is both a Board-Certified Neurologist and a Fellow of the American College of Nutrition.
We talked about a lot of fascinating things in that interview. (Check it out here.)
But today I want to talk about one line that jumped out and grabbed me.
Dr. Perlmutter was talking about how hard it is to reverse certain neurological diseases (like Alzheimers) and how much easier it is to PREVENT them in the first place.
Then he shared a little John F. Kennedy wisdom to bring the point home.
JFK once said: “The time to repair a roof is when the sun is shining.”
Which brings us straight to the point of Today’s +1.
How’s your roof?
Anything need a little work?
(Of course it does! It’s not because you’re YOU! It’s because you’re HUMAN! 🤓)
What’s one little thing you KNOW you could do TODAY to do a little repair work?
Let’s do that.
+1. +1. +1.
