Before we move on...
It’s time for another etymological lesson. Do you happen to know what the word energy literally means?
The word energy comes from the ancient Greek word energeia which has two parts: en + ergon. It literally means “in work.”
My 2,084-page American Heritage dictionary defines the word as: “The capacity for work or vigorous activity.”
Perfect.
Only, for our purposes, I think we should consider slightly modifying that to: “Energy is the capacity for Work and Love.”
The next logical question is simple: How do we create Heroic levels of Energy?
To answer that question, let’s bust out our favorite microscopes and see if we can find some little energy powerhouses within our bodies.
