#1385 Be Part of the Solution

vs. Part of the Problem

In our last +1, we took some notes on Michael Singer’s formula for success.

As you may recall, he told us: “My formula for success was very simple—do whatever is put in front of you with all your heart and soul without regard for personal results. Do the work as though it was given to you by the universe itself, because it was.”

To which I said: “YES!!!”

I loved that wisdom gem so much I memorized it. I often repeat it to myself during the day.

Today we’re going to talk about another passage from the same book on the same theme.

In Living Untethered, Singer also tells us: “If you can’t even serve what is put in front of you, how are you going to change the world?”

Seriously though…

If we can’t flip the switch and consistently get ourselves to show up powerfully and do our best by Focusing our Energy on what’s important NOW, how are we going to change the world?

Singer continues by saying: “If you are getting so upset about conditions in the world that you’re edgy with everyone around you, you’re not helping anyone. If you can’t create harmony within your own household, what right do you have to complain that countries are shooting missiles at each other? You have to live a life that, if everyone lived it, there would be peace. If you can’t do that, you’re part of the problem, not the solution.”

That’s Today’s +1.

Another super simple idea.

That’s a LOT easier to get inspired by than to live in integrity with…

Let’s be part of the solution.

Let’s close the gap and show up as the best, most Heroic version of ourselves.

Let’s move from Theory to Practice to Mastery and change the world—one person at a time, together, starting with you and me and all of us…

TODAY.
