The Heroic Elite Commitment #98
From Day 1 to Now
Let’s take a moment to go back to the beginning…
Why did you sign up for Heroic Elite? What called you to this challenge?
Maybe it was a desire to show up more fully.
To feel better.
To break old patterns.
To live closer to your highest ideals.
To finally become the version of yourself you knew you could be.
So, what did you commit to?
What did “Day 1 You” say was non-negotiable? What intentions did you set? What promises did you make?
Now ask yourself honestly: Did you do what you said you would do? #DWYSYWD
This isn’t about judgment, it’s about reflection. It’s about building the kind of self-trust that changes everything.
Maybe you crushed all 10.1 targets every day. Maybe you missed a few—or a lot. But did you keep showing up? Did you keep coming back?
That’s the real commitment.
So…
What did the word “commitment” mean to you on Day 1?
And what does it mean to you now, as you stand on Day 98?
Commitment isn’t about one big moment. It’s about thousands of tiny choices. It’s the relationship you cultivate with yourself. It’s how you build integrity. It’s how you create a life that reflects who you truly are.
So take a deep breath and honor the YOU who said yes to this journey. The YOU who kept going. And the YOU who’s now ready for what’s next.
Because this isn’t just the end of a challenge…
It’s the beginning of a new heroic level of you.
Journal Prompts & Reflections:
1. Why did I sign up for Heroic Elite, and what was I hoping to shift or strengthen in my life?
2. What did I commit to doing over these 101 days—and how well did I keep that commitment?
3. Where did I do what I said I would do (#DWYSYWD)? Where did I fall short, and why?
4. What does commitment mean to me now compared to Day 1?
5. What’s one new commitment I’m ready to make moving forward?
I’m looking forward to seeing how your commitment deepens in the days, weeks, months, and years to come.
And most of all, who you’ll become and how you’ll help make this world a more heroic place for all of us.
