I read this book as part of my preparation for Optimal Breathing 101. It’s a nice complement to Patrick McKeown’s The Oxygen Advantage and Anxiety Free, plus Belisa Vranich’s Breathe. (Check out those Notes and the Breathing Pack for more.)
The underlying theme of the book is the fact that our breath is THE primary connection between our mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. By becoming more aware of our breath and using that awareness consciously, we can do a ton to optimize every facet of our lives and, as the sub-title suggests, “Transform Your Life One Breath at a Time.” (Get a copy here.)
