Hit 150 and 137 Heroic Targets

In our last +1, we hung out with Dan Millman and Stuart Wilde as we talked about the power of DOMINATING our environment.

I encouraged us to make a habit out of dominating our environment—starting with our dishes.

I also encouraged us to reclaim all those lost moments for Mastery that George Leonard talks about. (He asks: “Could all of us reclaim lost hours of our lives by making everything—the commonplace along with the extraordinary—a part of our practice?”)

Then I suggested you consider adding some Heroic Love Targets like I have:

Do Dishes As Act of Love 🎯
Do Laundry As Act of Love 🎯
Clean House As Act of Love 🎯

Then…

I repeated myself (yes, it’s intentional!) as I said…

It’s REALLY (!) hard to have a REALLY bad day when we dominate the most basic fundamentals—ESPECIALLY when we don’t feel like it.

As I typed that, I was thinking of a note we recently received from one of our Heroic members—which brings us closer to the point of Today’s +1.

After watching one of my Let’s Go, Hero! videos, he told us: “The past two days I have hit a readiness score of 93 and 94, and my sleep scores hit 91 and 93. Moreover, in each of those days, I hit a 150 targets swipes and 137 targets swipes, respectively. Note: These scores hit literally the four days after a positive COVID-19 test, and a fever of 105.5. Full stop. The main driver/lever was switching my fasting window and eating my last meal by 3:30 PM. My first meal is 9:00 AM. Those numbers match Brian’s as I heard briefly in passing during one of his new “go shows.””

150 Heroic Targets makes ME feel like I’m standing still. 😂
