Today I want to talk about what Robert Lustig describes as “the best deal in health.”
Dr. Lustig is based out of UCSF. He’s one of the world’s leading endocrinologists. He wrote a great book called Fat Chance (see those Notes) and we talk about his wisdom a lot on Optimal Weight 101. We’ll talk about some of his ideas on the importance of insulin Optimization and the pernicious effects of sugar in future +1s.
