Captain (Ret) Bob Schoultz is the Director of Leadership Development at ALL American Leadership.
Bob became a SEAL officer in 1975, and over the next 30 years, served in numerous SEAL positions not only in the US, but in Europe and Latin America, and spent some time in Africa and Southeast Asia.
During his final tour in the Navy, he was selected to be the Director of Character Development and then Officer Development at the US Naval Academy, where he realized that developing junior and mid-level leaders had been what he had enjoyed most during his career with the SEALs.
