Checking In #71
Where Are You on Your Heroic Elite Journey?
Today, let’s check in and reflect. How is your Heroic Elite Journey going?
Are you showing up with intention, focus, and intensity?
Or has life tossed a few unexpected twists your way?
Or have you let yourself drift off course?
Let’s rate it. On a scale from 1 to 10—where are you right now?
- 10 – You’re dominating it. You’ve never felt better. You’re locked in, focused, and thriving.
- 5 – You’re doing great, but there’s room for more intention, focus, and intensity.
- 0 – You’re… not really doing it. Maybe you forgot, maybe you got distracted, maybe life happened.
No judgment—just awareness. Wherever you land, this is an opportunity.
- If you’re at a 10—amazing. Keep the momentum going!
- If you’re at a 5, ask yourself: What small shifts would move me closer to a 10? More consistency? More energy? More commitment?
- And if you’re at a 0, no worries. Right now is a perfect moment to recommit.
Because here’s the truth: Every day is Day 1.
So take a breath.
Reflect on how far you’ve come.
And let’s use this check-in to reset, refocus, and level up.
