I just wanted to take a moment to share something special.

In less than 24 hours, we’ve already had dozens of trained Heroic Workshop Instructors raise their hands to lead a workshop for our first-ever Global Heroic Workshop Day on January 10th, 2026 — and I could not be more fired up.

One of our instructors from Poland sent this note after signing up, and it captures the soul of what we’re building together better than I ever could:

“From my observation, every great organization in history didn’t just create a product — they created a trend, a movement, a culture.

In my opinion, this is exactly what Heroic represents. In times like these, when there is an overwhelming amount of information but relatively little wisdom available, Heroic stands out as a true source of wisdom — one that I continually study, admire, and practice myself.

I also deeply believe in the power of the compound effect, which I consider the eighth wonder of the world. Small consistent actions, aligned with virtue and purpose, have the potential to create extraordinary change — in individuals, communities, and eventually, the world. 

As technology rapidly transforms professions and the nature of work, I believe humanity is being invited to return to what we were truly made for — not to live as robots serving systems, but to serve life itself: to grow, create, and flourish for purposes higher than ourselves.

There’s nothing more healing and empowering than being surrounded by people who share similar values — it’s already a force of belonging, a living proof that collective virtue can transform lives and entire societies. 

That’s why I’m excited — because this is not just a workshop. It’s a cultural ignition point.

I would be honored to keep igniting this movement in my city, my country, and even further, to infinity with collective Heroic force.”
