Where is the venue?
The launch event is at Fair Market, an indoor/outdoor venue in downtown Austin, located at 1100 E 5th St.
How many days with the launch event be?
The launch event will be one day, Saturday, April 9th, 2022.
What is the schedule?
We're still finalizing the program, you can expect things to get going mid-day and end around 9pm (all to be confirmed!). The event will include a keynote presentation from Brian, a chance to use the app, time to connect with fellow Founding Investors, a private concert by our fave band, The Score, and more!
Who's eligible to attend live?
If you're a Heroic Founding Investor who invested $1,000 USD +, you'll get a ticket to attend live! Once we know how many people with tickets will be joining us, we'll open additional tickets if the venue's capacity allows for it. There will be live-stream access for anyone who can't join us in person.
Will there be multiple speakers at the Launch party?
We're exploring this!
Is there a related Optimize Coach Graduation event?
This party is all about celebrating (and officially launching!) Heroic! We won't be including any Optimize Coach Graduation programming (or Spartan races), but we're excited to explore that later in the year.
Are kids allowed?
The event is all-ages, but since (even the smallest!) kids count in our overall capacity, we can't guarantee additional tickets will be available for them at this time.
What is the maximum capacity?
The venue has a large indoor and outdoor area, the capacity is 1,000.
If I can't attend can I give my ticket to a family member/friend to go for me?
We're exploring how to do this!
Is there a COVID policy?
Your health is important to us - as COVID continues to evolve we'll be taking steps to ensure you feel safe, and will follow all local health and safety guidelines.
When do we have to RSVP by?
Please let us know if you'll be joining us live no later than March 14th, 2022. (Starting March 15 we'll be opening "unclaimed" tickets so others can join the live event!)
