Start with what we discussed in Module VI: The Fundies – Part III: Eat. Get rid of the sugar and flour. That by itself will change our fat burning efficiency.
Then, consider doing Phil Maffetone’s carbohydrate intolerance test to explore your fat:carb ratio.
Lastly, find the right amount of protein that fits with your ethical values.
Treat it as an n=1 experiment. And take a look at other people who are modeling what you want to see in your life. (e.g. Rich Roll and Brenden Brasier as high-fat vegan/vegetarian athletes.)
