The Westin Austin Downtown will be our hub for the event and for Heroic Community connection throughout the weekend. (The presence our community brings to a space is next-level, especially when we’re all decked out in Heroic t-shirts!)
We’re still finalizing some details, but we project that the event will start no earlier than 9am on Friday and end no later than 2pm on Sunday.
Thus, most people will choose to stay at the Hotel Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night (if you’d like to extend your stay the hotel has offered us this same great rate 3 days before and 3 days after our event - pending room availability!).
Typically there are planned informal Heroic events Thursday night for those who arrive early, and some people choose to stay beyond Sunday to continue to explore the city and potentially spend more time with new Heroic connections.
