What’s included in my ticket?

What’s the schedule?

We’ll share more details about the schedule in the coming weeks as we finalize our itinerary.

You can expect our official programming will kick off in the morning of Monday, Nov 4th and end the afternoon of Saturday Nov 9th (by 3pm local time).

Our time together will be equal parts Heroic Workshop Instructor Training (roughly 20 hours of instruction in both large and small group settings) and exploring Athens together (including guided tours, special events, and access to some off-the-beaten-path wonders, curated by Donald Robertson!).

Where is the event being held?

Our home base for the event will be in a hotel/conference center near the city center of Athens.

Is there a room discount?

As soon as we finalize our venue partnership we’ll be sending all attendees a link to get discounted rooms. You can expect rooms to be under 250 Euros/night (and we’ll help connect those looking to share).

What's the cancellation/refund policy?

• Before July 1st: 100% refund
• July 1st - 31st: 75% refund
• August 1st - 31st: 50% refund
• September 1st - Nov 4th: No refunds, ticket transferred to another person or to our Spring 2025 event (USA), with any difference in price being refunded.

Are there any materials to prepare in advance for the training?

Yes, we will send out a list of recommended readings, practices, materials and live calls in Sept/ Oct. You can expect to get schedules and more information about pre-event preparation by August.

Will there be any follow-up activities or support after the event?

Yes, we’re excited to provide ongoing support and follow-up activities after the event to help you implement what you’ve learned and continue your development as a workshop instructor.

What languages will the training and tours be conducted in?

The training and tours will be conducted in English.

Which historic sites will we be visiting?

We’re still confirming our exact itinerary, but you can expect to see the most popular sites like The Acropolis, plus Donald Robertson is planning to show us some extra special places off the beaten track!!

Is there a Heroic Team Spartan Race included?

We’re not formally including a Spartan Race in our itinerary this time, but the 2024 Spartan Trifecta World Championship is happening in Sparta, Greece on Nov 1-3 (2.5 hours by bus from Athens)! We’ve intentionally chosen the timing of our event to support any attendees who are excited to make that part of their trip.
